Pumpkin and Sage Lavash
This Lavash recipe is packed with the flavors of fall! Get your fill of toasty pumpkin, goat cheese, garlic, and sage.
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 cup diced pumpkin or butternut squash
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp. goat cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced shallots
- 10 sage leaves
- Preheat oven to 400F.
Toss diced pumpkin (or butternut squash) and garlic with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper and bake 25-30 minutes.
Spread pumpkin puree on a piece of Lavash
Top Lavash with the roasted pumpkin and garlic, goat cheese, and shallot
Bake the Lavash at 400 for 6-8mins
Heat a thin layer of olive oil in a pan. Add sage leaves and fry approximately 30 seconds, or until sage leaves are fried.
Top the Lavash with sage and enjoy!
