Pumpkin and Sage Lavash


This Lavash recipe is packed with the flavors of fall! Get your fill of toasty pumpkin, goat cheese, garlic, and sage.

  • 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup diced pumpkin or butternut squash
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced shallots
  • 10 sage leaves


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Toss diced pumpkin (or butternut squash) and garlic with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper and bake 25-30 minutes.
  3. Spread pumpkin puree on a piece of Lavash
  4. Top Lavash with the roasted pumpkin and garlic, goat cheese, and shallot
  5. Bake the Lavash at 400 for 6-8mins
  6. Heat a thin layer of olive oil in a pan. Add sage leaves and fry approximately 30 seconds, or until sage leaves are fried.
  7. Top the Lavash with sage and enjoy!
