This is a totally simple, fresh and delicious combination that will change your perception of what flatbread can be.
- 1 sheet Mini Lavash Whole Grain and Flax
- 2 Tbsp. hummus
- 2 Tbsp. feta cheese
- ½ baby cucumber, chopped
- 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake Mini Lavash on a rack for 6-8 minutes.
- Spread hummus over entire Mini Lavash.
- Randomly place chopped cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese and parsley on top of the Mini Lavash and enjoy!
