Buffalo Chicken Pizza
Buffalo Chicken Pizza is probably something you’ve never thought of as “healthy”. Try making this recipe using our Lavash for a delicious low carb and low calorie version!
- 1 sheet Mini Lavash Whole Grain and Flax
- 1–2 Tbsp. Buffalo Sauce
- 1/4 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 cooked Chicken Breast
- 2 chopped Green Onions
- Optional: top with ranch
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread Buffalo sauce over the Lavash.
- Sprinkle an even layer of cheese and arrange chicken overtop.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are crispy.
