Description

Toss all your favorite Greek flavors on a toasted Pita and call it a Greek Pizza!

Ingredients

  • 1 Pita
  • 2 Tbsp. hummus
  • 2 Tbsp. feta cheese
  • ½ baby cucumber, chopped
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Bake Pita on a rack for 8 minutes or until golden and firm.
  3. Spread hummus in an even layer over the pita.
  4. Randomly place chopped cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese and parsley on top of the Mini Lavash and enjoy!
