Toss all your favorite Greek flavors on a toasted Pita and call it a Greek Pizza!
- 1 Pita
- 2 Tbsp. hummus
- 2 Tbsp. feta cheese
- ½ baby cucumber, chopped
- 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Bake Pita on a rack for 8 minutes or until golden and firm.
- Spread hummus in an even layer over the pita.
- Randomly place chopped cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese and parsley on top of the Mini Lavash and enjoy!
