We’re so glad you found our bread! Because our flatbreads contain no artificial preservatives or additives, they only have a seven-day room temp. shelf life after being defrosted.

We ship our breads frozen and depend on the online store staff to follow instructions printed on all boxes and date code the product. Sometimes delivery services notify people on the web that they should consume all products within 5 days of receipt as a general rule of thumb.

We recommend you store your breads in the fridge upon arrival (good for 3 weeks refrigerated), or in the freezer (good for 6 months frozen).
