We suggest freezing our flatbreads to extend their shelf life without affecting the taste or texture. Because we use no artificial preservatives or additives, it’s best to use or freeze by the date on the package. We find that our flatbread tastes best if you use it within 6 months of freezing and within 5 days once you’ve thawed it out.
