Burrata Toast on Mini Naan


Our Mini Naan is a great way to switch up your favorite toast! Try this burrata recipe if you need a new obsession!

  • 1 Traditional Mini Naan
  • 1 ball of burrata
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • fresh basil
  • salt & pepper


  1. Preheat your oven to 425F
  2. While the oven is preheating, keep the burrata in a bowl of warm water (this will make it warm and easier to spread)
  3. Roast some cherry tomatoes in the oven or on a pan until they burst (about 10 minutes)
  4. Bake the Mini Naan for 5 minutes until slightly golden
  5. Break open the burrata and spread it in an even layer over the Mini Naan, top with tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper.
  6. Optional: drizzle with olive oil!

TIP: To make sure the burrata is extra creamy when you break it open, leave it in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes
