Pita Breakfast Hack
This quick and easy breakfast using Pita has been a delicous lifesaver on busy mornings!
- 1 Pita
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp diced bell peppers and onion
- 2 Tbsp Feta
- Salt & Pepper
- Spray your nonstick pan with oil, then add your pita.
- Crack eggs on top, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, veggies, and feta
- Cover and cook until the whites are no longer clear
- Fold over and enjoy like a taco or tostada!
