This quick and easy breakfast using Pita has been a delicous lifesaver on busy mornings!

  • 1 Pita
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp diced bell peppers and onion
  • 2 Tbsp Feta
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Spray your nonstick pan with oil, then add your pita.
  2. Crack  eggs on top, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, veggies, and feta
  3. Cover and cook until the whites are no longer clear
  4. Fold over and enjoy like a taco or tostada!
