Mini Naan Avocado Toast w/ An Egg
Description
A simple, yet absolutely delicious breakfast with the help of our Mini Naan!
Ingredients
- 1 Traditional Mini Naan Flatbread
- 1/4 Large Avocado
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Egg
- Everything Bagel Seasoning
- OPTIONAL: Hot Sauce
Directions
- Toast the Mini Naan in the oven at 425F
- Crack the egg in a greased, nonstick pan and cover to cook
- Add avocado to the Mini Naan with salt & pepper, then mash on top
- When the egg whites are no longer clear, place the egg to the toast and top with bagel seasoning
