Mini Lavash Vegan Wrap

Description

Believe it or not, vegan food CAN taste this good! This recipe is packed with protein while also being low carb.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Mini Whole Grain & Flax Lavash
  • 2 Tbsp. hummus
  • 7 thin slices of cooked tofu
  • 3 oz mushrooms
  • Handful of mixed greens

Directions

  1. In a lightly greased pan, add the mushrooms and cover to steam.
  2. While the mushrooms are cooking, spread the hummus over the entire Lavash.
  3. Add cooked tofu slices on one side of the Lavash.
  4. Top with cooked mushrooms and greens.
  5. Roll or fold the other half of the Lavash overtop.
