Mini Lavash Vegan Wrap
Believe it or not, vegan food CAN taste this good! This recipe is packed with protein while also being low carb.
- 1 sheet Mini Cauliflower & Coconut Lavash
- 2 Tbsp. hummus
- 7 thin slices of cooked tofu
- 3 oz mushrooms
- Handful of mixed greens
- In a lightly greased pan, add the mushrooms and cover to steam.
- While the mushrooms are cooking, spread the hummus over the entire Lavash.
- Add cooked tofu slices on one side of the Lavash.
- Top with cooked mushrooms and greens.
- Roll or fold the other half of the Lavash overtop.
