Lavash Bagel Chips
Bagels are so good but so carb dense… It can be hard to fit them into every diet. With these, you get the same bagel taste for only 11 grams of carbs!
- 1/2 sheet Traditional Lavash
- oil spray
- bagel seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spray a thin layer of oil on the lavash and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
- Cut into small squares and place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until crisp.
- Dip in cream cheese and enjoy!
