Fold-over Egg Sandwich
Our Mini Lavash is the perfect size for this fold-over egg sandwich. Simply layer an egg, cheese, and meat for an easy and delicious low carb breakfast!
- 1 Whole Grain & Flax Mini Lavash
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 3 slices of deli sliced ham or turkey
- Place a lightly greased pan on medium heat to cook the egg until the whites turn opaque.
- On one half of the Lavash, add the cheese and meat.
- Top with the cooked egg and fold it over to enjoy.
