Our Mini Lavash is the perfect size for this fold-over egg sandwich. Simply layer an egg, cheese, and meat for an easy and delicious low carb breakfast!

  • 1 Whole Grain & Flax Mini Lavash
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices of deli sliced ham or turkey


  1. Place a lightly greased pan on medium heat to cook the egg until the whites turn opaque.
  2. On one half of the Lavash, add the cheese and meat.
  3. Top with the cooked egg and fold it over to enjoy.
