Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
  • 2 tbsp. garlic hummus
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • 5 leaves basil
  • 5 slices roasted bell peppers
  • 6–7 thin slices cucumber
  • 1/4 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olives

Directions

  1. Spread hummus on half of Lavash.
  2. Add arugula, basil, roasted bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  3. Fold in half.
