Turkey, Brie & Raspberry Crunchwrap


All the flavors of fall in one crunchwrap! This is a perfect use for some of your Thanksgiving leftovers.

  • 1 Mini Cauliflower & Coconut Lavash
  • Turkey slices
  • Brie
  • Raspberry jam (sugar free for less carbs)
  • Rosemary


  1. Spread jam in the middle of the Lavash.
  2. Add slices of brie on top of the jam.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary and add slices of turkey.
  4. Fold the edges of the Lavash in so the fillings are enclosed.
  5. Add to a pan, seal side down, and flip when golden.
