Tofu Scramble Naan Pizza


This breakfast pizza on Naan is loaded with vegetables and protein, but it’s the flavor of the tofu scramble and hash browns that make it such a great start to the day.

  • 2 pieces Atoria’s Family Bakery Naan
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • Ketchup, drizzled
  • 2 green onions
  • For Tofu Scramble:
  • Half package firm tofu
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • For Hash Browns:
  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


  1. In a large skillet, cook your hash browns according to package instructions. Add all your seasoning while cooking. Set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, heat up some oil in a pan. Crumble your tofu directly into the pan and add all of your seasonings. Cook for 4-5 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, thinly slice your green onion.
  4. Assemble your flatbreads.
  5. Evenly distribute your hash browns, tofu scramble and spinach onto your flatbreads.
  6. Place in your oven on high broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the Naan bread becomes crispy.
  7. Once done, take out and add your avocado, sliced green onion and ketchup drizzle.
  8. Serve immediately.
