Shrimp Tacos


Our Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash pair beautifully with all the flavors of a classic shrimp taco. This recipe is a great way for you to enjoy tacos without all the carbs from a regular tortilla!

  • 1 sheet Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash
  • 12 pieces of small cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 a small avocado
  • 2 Tbsp. pico de gallo
  • 2 Tbsp. pickled onions
  • 1 Tbsp. cilantro
  • salt to taste


  1. Slice the Lavash in half crosswise.
  2. Mash or dice the avocado and add it to both pieces of Lavash.
  3. Lay the shrimp in a line on both.
  4. Add pico, pickled onions, cilantro, and salt to taste.
  5. Fold both tacos up and enjoy!
