Our Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash pair beautifully with all the flavors of a classic shrimp taco. This recipe is a great way for you to enjoy tacos without all the carbs from a regular tortilla!
- 1 sheet Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash
- 12 pieces of small cooked shrimp
- 1/2 a small avocado
- 2 Tbsp. pico de gallo
- 2 Tbsp. pickled onions
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro
- salt to taste
- Slice the Lavash in half crosswise.
- Mash or dice the avocado and add it to both pieces of Lavash.
- Lay the shrimp in a line on both.
- Add pico, pickled onions, cilantro, and salt to taste.
- Fold both tacos up and enjoy!
