Rosemary, Prosciutto and Tomato Naan Pizza


Rosemary flavor perfectly compliments mozzarella, tomato, and prosciutto on a piece of fresh Naan in this recipe.

  • 1 piece Atoria’s Family Bakery Naan
  • 1/2 medium-sized heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese*
  • 2 slices prosciutto*
  • 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp. rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Spread heirloom tomato slices on sheet of Naan.
  3. Sprinkle on light layer of Mozzarella cheese.
  4. Shred the prosciutto slices into small strips and add on top.
  5. Sprinkle with rosemary and basil.
  6. Bake for 5-6 minutes and serve warm.
