Rosemary, Prosciutto and Tomato Naan Pizza
Description
Rosemary flavor perfectly compliments mozzarella, tomato, and prosciutto on a piece of fresh Naan in this recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 piece Atoria’s Family Bakery Naan
- 1/2 medium-sized heirloom tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese*
- 2 slices prosciutto*
- 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. rosemary
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Spread heirloom tomato slices on sheet of Naan.
- Sprinkle on light layer of Mozzarella cheese.
- Shred the prosciutto slices into small strips and add on top.
- Sprinkle with rosemary and basil.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes and serve warm.
