Pulled Pork Tacos with Veggies

Description

Pulled pork tacos are great for any meal at any time – especially when made with our Mini Lavash Cauliflower & Coconut flatbreads. Load them up with grilled fresh veggies and you’ve got a mouth-watering taco with a fraction of the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash flatbread
  • 1/2 lb pulled pork
  • Orange and yellow peppers, sliced
  • White onion, sliced
  • Cilantro, chiffonaded 
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Barbecue sauce (on the side)

Directions

  1. Cut peppers and onions into uniform slices
  2. Grill the vegetables in a hot pan
  3. Lay out sheet of Atoria’s Family Bakery Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash flatbread
  4. Cover with barbecue sauce and pulled pork
  5. Add grilled vegetables
  6. Add salt, pepper and additional barbecue sauce to taste
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro
  8. Fold and enjoy!
