Pulled Pork Tacos with Veggies
Description
Pulled pork tacos are great for any meal at any time – especially when made with our Mini Lavash Cauliflower & Coconut flatbreads. Load them up with grilled fresh veggies and you’ve got a mouth-watering taco with a fraction of the guilt.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash flatbread
- 1/2 lb pulled pork
- Orange and yellow peppers, sliced
- White onion, sliced
- Cilantro, chiffonadedÂ
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Barbecue sauce (on the side)
Directions
- Cut peppers and onions into uniform slices
- Grill the vegetables in a hot pan
- Lay out sheet of Atoria’s Family Bakery Cauliflower & Coconut Mini Lavash flatbread
- Cover with barbecue sauce and pulled pork
- Add grilled vegetables
- Add salt, pepper and additional barbecue sauce to taste
- Sprinkle with cilantro
- Fold and enjoy!
