Our Pita bread makes the best tortilla for quesadillas if you like more cheese than bread. This recipe is easily customizable so you can add all your favorite meat or veggies!
- 1 Traditional Pita
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- Slice the pita in half and fill with cheese and peppers.
- Place both halves on a lightly oiled pan. Flip when cheese begins to melt and bread looks golden.
- OPTIONAL top with cilantro, taco sauce, sour cream, pico and guacamole
