Mini Lavash Ham & Cheese Foldover
This Cuban sandwich-inspired recipe features all of your favorite ingredients on a low-carb Mini Lavash. Give it a try if you’re counting macros!
- 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Mini Lavash Whole Grain & Flax
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp. yellow mustard
- 4 slices ham
- pickle slices
- Heat panini press or oven.
- Top Mini Lavash with swiss cheese, mustard, ham, and pickle slices.
- Fold over and grill in panini press or place on baking sheet and bake until cheese melts and ingredients warm. Let cool briefly and enjoy!
