Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
  • 1 tbsp. baba ghanoughe
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup diced artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning (dried basil, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, cilantro, thyme, savory and red pepper flakes)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spread baba ghanoughe on the Lavash.
  3. Add olives, artichoke hearts, bell peppers.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Bake 4-5 minutes or until bottom of Lavash is golden brown.
