Lavash Margherita Pizza
Margherita Pizza is a favorite, but it’s so easy to make at home! Even better… using our Lavash as a crust makes this delicious pizza low carb.
- 1 Mini Lavash Whole Grain and Flax
- 2 Tbsp. Pizza sauce
- 3 Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1 oz. Mozzarella balls, sliced
- Olive oil spray
- A few Fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Spread pizza sauce in an even layer over the Lavash.
- Add Mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and a spritz of olive oil spray.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
- Add another spritz of olive oil and basil.
- Cut into slices and enjoy!
