Ham and Swiss Panini

Description

Make your panini low carb by using Lavash! Fill it with your favorite panini flavors. Here’s one of our favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1 Traditional Mini Lavash
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 slice of swiss cheese
  • Optional: 1 tsp. mustard

Directions

  1. Add cheese, ham, and mustard on one half of the Lavash.
  2. Fold the Lavash over and add to a lightly greased panini press (or a pan if you don’t have one)
  3. Cook until Lavash is golden and cheese is melted.
