Ham and Swiss Panini
Make your panini low carb by using Lavash! Fill it with your favorite panini flavors. Here’s one of our favorites.
- 1 Traditional Mini Lavash
- 2 slices of ham
- 1 slice of swiss cheese
- Optional: 1 tsp. mustard
- Add cheese, ham, and mustard on one half of the Lavash.
- Fold the Lavash over and add to a lightly greased panini press (or a pan if you don’t have one)
- Cook until Lavash is golden and cheese is melted.
