Chicken Salad Lavash Wrap
Description
Give yogurt-based chicken salad a try in this tasty Lavash wrap.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
- 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken
- 1/8 cup celery, diced
- 1/8 cup dried cranberries
- 1/8 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp. mayo
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Grapes, halved (optional)
- Grape tomatoes (optional)
- Carrot, shredded (optional)
- Lettuce (optional)
- Sprouts (optional)
Directions
- Mix in a large bowl chicken, celery, cranberries, yogurt, mayo, salt, and pepper.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors combine.
- Place on Lavash with optional fillings as desired, then wrap and enjoy.
