Egg and Feta Breakfast Naan
Upgrade breakfast tomorrow. A delicious piece of Naan offers a sunny-side-up egg a perfect, pillowy seat!
- 1 piece Atoria’s Family Bakery Naan
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- In a small pan prepared with butter or oil, cook egg to desired yolk-runniness.
- Carefully place egg on top of Naan.
- Season to taste with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Top with parsley and feta cheese.
