  • 1 piece Atoria’s Family Bakery Naan
  • 1 egg
  • paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese


  1. In a small pan prepared with butter or oil, cook egg to desired yolk-runniness.
  2. Carefully place egg on top of Naan.
  3. Season to taste with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Top with parsley and feta cheese.
