Chicken Pesto Naan Panini


Lavash gets even better when you grill it in a panini press–give it a try for today’s lunch.

  • 1 piece Atoria’s Family Bakery Naan
  • 1/2 oz. pesto sauce
  • 2 oz. chicken, sliced*
  • 1 1/2 oz. artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 1 oz. sun dried tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. cheddar cheese, grated*
  • 1 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, grated*


  1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. Spread pesto sauce evenly over the Lavash sheet.
  3. Add the sliced chicken, artichoke hearts, diced onion and sundried tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar and Mozzarella cheese evenly over all.
  5. Cook 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
