Chicken, Bacon, Arugula CBA Wrap


This classic wrap features peppery arugula with grilled chicken breast and bacon. We like to lightly dress the arugula with a lemon vinaigrette or a bright drizzle of vinegar. We also like to experiment with different spice combinations on the chicken. Our current favorite is cumin.

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Mini Lavash Cauliflower & Coconut flatbread
  • Arugula
  • Lemon vinaigrette
  • Chicken breast
  • Bacon
  • Cumin powder


  1. Prepare bacon in the oven on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper and cumin
  3. Grilled on both sides until cooked through
  4. Prepare dressing (lemon vinaigrette or oil and vinegar)
  5. Lightly dress the arugula
  6. Build the wrap, starting with the bacon
  7. Wrap all ingredients tightly
  8. Cut and serve
