Breakfast Wrap
Description
Try freezing these burritos and reheat in a pan or air fryer for busy mornings.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet Cauliflower & Coconut Lavash
- 1 cheese wedge
- tomato, diced
- onion, diced
- 2 strips of bacon, chopped
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- OPTIONAL: bagel seasoning and hot sauce
Directions
- Spread the cheese evenly over the Lavash.
- Add tomato, onion, and bacon to the center.
- Cook your egg how you like, then add to the Lavash.
- Fold and cook on a lightly greased pan with the seal side down.
- Once golden, flip again.
