Breakfast Wrap


Try freezing these burritos and reheat in a pan or air fryer for busy mornings.

  • 1 sheet Cauliflower & Coconut Lavash
  • 1 cheese wedge
  • tomato, diced
  • onion, diced
  • 2 strips of bacon, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • OPTIONAL: bagel seasoning and hot sauce


  1. Spread the cheese evenly over the Lavash.
  2. Add tomato, onion, and bacon to the center.
  3. Cook your egg how you like, then add to the Lavash.
  4. Fold and cook on a lightly greased pan with the seal side down.
  5. Once golden, flip again.
