BBQ Chicken Panini
Like a BBQ Chicken Pizza, but everyone loves a panini! They’re typically carb dense, but using our Lavash makes them low carb and just as satisfying.
- 1 sheet of Traditional Lavash cut in half, or 2 sheets Mini Lavash
- 1/4 cup mozzarella
- 1 cooked chicken breast, cut
- 2 Tbsp. sugar free barbecue sauce
- red onion, sliced
- tomato, chopped
- Lay half the Lavash on a panini press.
- Mix chicken with barbecue sauce and lay evenly over the Lavash.
- Add onions, tomato, and mozzarella.
- Place the other Lavash half on top and press shut to cook.
- Remove when crispy, top with cilantro and enjoy!
