BBQ Chicken Panini


Like a BBQ Chicken Pizza, but everyone loves a panini! They’re typically carb dense, but using our Lavash makes them low carb and just as satisfying.

  • 1 sheet of Traditional Lavash cut in half, or 2 sheets Mini Lavash
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, cut
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar free barbecue sauce
  • red onion, sliced
  • tomato, chopped
  • cilantro


  1. Lay half the Lavash on a panini press.
  2. Mix chicken with barbecue sauce and lay evenly over the Lavash.
  3. Add onions, tomato, and mozzarella.
  4. Place the other Lavash half on top and press shut to cook.
  5. Remove when crispy, top with cilantro and enjoy!
