Baked Churro Chips

Description

This version of churros is lower calorie because the churros are baked, not fried. But they’re just as satisfying, if not more!

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Mini Lavash Whole Grain & Flax
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • Nonstick butter spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine cinnamon and sweetener together.
  3. Spray both sides of the lavash with nonstick butter spray and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Cut the lavash into 1 inch squares and place them on a baking sheet lined with tinfoil.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
