Avocado Veggie Lavash Wrap
Fill up on veggies with this healthy, tasty wrap. Stick to the recipe or supplement with your favorite vegetables. Just don’t forget the avocado spread!
- 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
- 1 small ripe avocado
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- salt to taste
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- ¼ cup shredded cabbage
- 1 small sliced bell pepper
- In a food processor or mashed in a small bowl, combine avocado, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, and salt until smooth.
- Spread layer of avocado spread on entire sheet of Lavash.
- Place lettuce, bell pepper slices, and shredded cabbage on bottom half of Lavash.
- Roll tightly and enjoy!
