Avocado Veggie Lavash Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
  • 1 small ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • ¼ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 small sliced bell pepper

Directions

  1. In a food processor or mashed in a small bowl, combine avocado, lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, and salt until smooth.
  2. Spread layer of avocado spread on entire sheet of Lavash.
  3. Place lettuce, bell pepper slices, and shredded cabbage on bottom half of Lavash.
  4. Roll tightly and enjoy!
