Arugula Lavash Pizza
Description
Peppery arugula and black olives give this pizza its bold, Mediterranean flair. Stick to the recipe or use your own favorite flavors from the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
- 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded*
- 2 1/2 tbsp. mushrooms, fresh and sliced (1/2 oz.)
- 1 3/4 tbsp. black olives, sliced (1/9 cup)
- 1/2 cup arugula
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the Lavash sheet.
- Sprinkle on light layer of cheese (vegan or optional).
- Add the mushrooms and black olives.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes.
- Add a layer of arugula and serve.
