Arugula Lavash Pizza


Peppery arugula and black olives give this pizza its bold, Mediterranean flair. Stick to the recipe or use your own favorite flavors from the fridge.

  • 1 sheet Atoria’s Family Bakery Lavash
  • 3 tbsp. tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded*
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. mushrooms, fresh and sliced (1/2 oz.)
  • 1 3/4 tbsp. black olives, sliced (1/9 cup)
  • 1/2 cup arugula


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the Lavash sheet.
  3. Sprinkle on light layer of cheese (vegan or optional).
  4. Add the mushrooms and black olives.
  5. Bake for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Add a layer of arugula and serve.
