Red Pepper Stars and Stripes
Description
We use our Roasted Red Pepper Mini Lavash for the stars and actual red pepper strips for the stripes to create this fun and delicious snack. Perfectly festive for any occasion! We use plain cream cheese here but don’t be shy about mixing it up – any flavor will do.
Ingredients
- Roasted Red Pepper Mini Lavash
- Red Pepper (cut into thin strips)
- Cream cheese
- A burst of blueberries (optional)
Directions
- Cut Roasted Red Pepper Mini Lavash into star shapes; a cookie mold makes this easier
- Smear one side of the Lavash with cream cheese
- Add red pepper strips to create the alternating red and white stripe pattern
- Add blueberries to create the full “red, white and blue” effect
