We love this 4-Fold trend using our lavash! Get creative with your fillings. Here’s one version that will forever be a favorite.
- 1 sheet Traditional Lavash
- Swiss Cheese
- Cut a slit from the middle of the lavash down.
- Add each ingredient in each corner of the lavash.
- Fold the first layer up, then over to the right, and down.
- Place on a lightly greased pan or panini press to toast the cuban for a few minutes on each side.
