  • 1 sheet Traditional Lavash
  • Ham
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Pickles
  • Mustard


  1. Cut a slit from the middle of the lavash down.
  2. Add each ingredient in each corner of the lavash.
  3. Fold the first layer up, then over to the right, and down.
  4. Place on a lightly greased pan or panini press to toast the cuban for a few minutes on each side.
